Brief:
I believe I need someone who has skills in NLP to help me with this. But happy to be advised otherwise if there is a better way. I also expect this is multiple stages - and happy to split up the categorisation of content into an initial task if that makes sense to do so.
Objective:
Categorise similar content into topics - for example, all content regarding email marketing or content creation. There might be 20-30 potential topics.
Some of the content is strategic (ideas, frameworks, etc) and some of it is tactical (do this, then do that, etc)
For each topic, I want to turn content into detailed how to guides and SOPs
Anonymise content so that it’s agnostic (not client specific)
Goal:
Repurpose my IP into something that is useful for:
Training my team building out processes (SOPs)
Marketing content for my website
Training materials for my clients
Original content:
15-20 PDFs (I have the original docs/ppt files if needed)
Ranging from 50 pages to 150 pages (max 10,000 words)
Detailed marketing strategies and plans for a specific type of client (specific industry, so some crossover of ideas and plans)
