The profile is not the typical Data Analyst role. More like Data Analyst with PI AF and pharma experience.
Must to have experience in Pharma
Must to have experience with databases is a huge plus here.
It's about data that needs to be structured in AF. And to be transferred and used in AWS to do some analytics and reporting. Build AF hierarchy and structure on top of an existing and running PI server. Perform some analyses on drug production. For these purposes, the client needs a person with more experience in a Manufacturing environment (mass-production), with specific knowledge on the different equipment (bioreactors, media & buffer tanks, chromatography, etc) and the Batch Recipe components (the different stages during the process). Experience with databases is also needed.
Good level of english
German is nice to have, but not critical.
Location India, Pakistan, Asia, USA-based people also
The majority of the work is in CET time zone, but there is some work to do in PST. If the person is based in Europe I think the overlap with the US sites will be enough

PI AF specialist with experience in pharma
We are currently looking for someone who can support with the contextualization of manufacturing PI sensor Data, these are the skills we would need:
Worked on PI Asset Framework;
Knowledge and hands-on experience with databases is a big plus;
Process knowledge of drug substance (upstream and downstream process);
Most be familiar with the equipment in the plant (bioreactors, centrifuges, chromatography skids, viral filters, UF/DF, media and buffer tanks, among others);
High level understanding of recipes and general knowledge of the batch genealogy;
We need someone who is technology ready, should be able to use google sheets, document what he has contextualized in gdocs, and input information into other digital systems;
German is nice to have, but not critical.
The main tasks of the person will consist in:
Analyze the sensors names that we have in the system, and help with the identification of the sensor in the equipment, the standardization and mapping (using the naming conventions we have, and probably propose additional ones);
Using batch information, help to identify when a batch is active on a certain equipment;
Communicate with the site SMEs to obtain further details, verify the work and gather necessary documentation;
The project length will be approximately 1 year, with the possibility of extension;
