I'm growing an agency that helps founders systemize and automate operations so they can focus on growth, and I'm looking to onboard an executive assistant to join the team.
I create a lot of content for my personal brand so I'll need someone good with copywriting since a lot of the responsibilities will relate to content and social.
Responsibilities Include:
- email management
- calendar management
- engaging on social from my accounts
- following up with leads
- sending DMs to prospects
- scheduling newsletter & content
- personal tasks
Time Zone Requirement: I live in Canada so you have to be in North, Central or South America
Initially, this will be 7-10 hours per week but quickly transition to 15+
