Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and ready to tackle a variety of challenges? We are seeking a Junior Tech Support Specialist to join our team, providing support and assistance to our clients while working collaboratively to streamline processes and ensure smooth operations. While no specific platform experience is required, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and possess a problem-solving mindset and training will be provided.

Preferred Time Zone:

We encourage candidates from the PT time zone or the Philippines to apply. This preference is aimed at fostering efficient troubleshooting during offline hours, ensuring that our team can resolve issues overnight and minimise stress. The 7 AM start time in the Philippines aligns with 1 AM in the PT time zone, striking a balance between communication overlap and time zone differences.

Qualifications:

Tech-oriented individual with a passion for troubleshooting.

Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Data-oriented background, preferably with a foundation in data science, to complement existing skills.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

English Language both written and spoken is a must to a high level.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Tech Support:

Assist customers with common tech issues, handling minor problems like password resets and contract resend requests.

Escalate more complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.

Launch Support: Aid in the execution of launches, including managing email sequences, checkouts, and assisting with talentlms setups.

Collaborate on tasks related to launch activities, ensuring a seamless process.

Tutorial Assistance: Provide support through creating recorded tutorials for various tasks, facilitating knowledge transfer within the team.

Process Documentation:

Document processes, particularly during urgent situations like last-minute launches.

Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to explain and guide team members on the tasks performed.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively within a remote team.

Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time effectively across multiple responsibilities.

Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and take on additional tasks as needed.
