We are looking for an image processing tool that will be able to convert intensity points into heatmap.
Some preprocessing and tuning of algorithm is required.
Steps
1. Straighten image
2. Remove background
3. Convert to Greyscale
4. Invert image
5. Option 1= Intensity to heatmap
6. Option 2 = shape to heatmap
We shall discuss and give samples.
7. Smoothening of heatmap
8. Saving image and data in csv
9. Ui to open image and save processed heatmap.
10. Parameter setting option for user
11. Calibration option.
Expected time of delivery 4-5 days. (~16 hours)
