We are hosting a livestream on 2 days in London and need help making it happen.

February, February 1
The livestreams last for 3 hours - 5pm to 8pm, London time.
We'll need to set up and test earlier.
We'll have about 12 sessions of 30 minutes with short breaks in between. Most sessions feature one speaker - some will have two.
We want this to look professional but our production standards don't need to be extravagant.
What we need help with:
- 2x cameras and 2-3 microphones, lights
- Switching cameras between speakers etc during the livestream
- 2-3 speakers won't be with us in person - but on Zoom or something similar
- We'll likely use Zoom to broadcast
- We can create simple on-screen graphics
- Speakers will present from Keynote or Powerpoint and their presentations will have embedded videos
We are exploring 2 options:
1. An advertising agency has offered us space but we'd bring all of our technology
2. We hire a small podcast/video studio
We'd like to make a decision in the next 3 days if possible.
