Need an expert Data Science analyst to provide Predictive analytics, allowing the real estate professionals to forecast market trends, property values, and buyer behavior with greater accuracy. Most importantly, we need to pinpoint homeowners who would be good candidates to potentially sell their home in the next 6 months. Example: how long have they been in the home, how much equity is in the home, are they empty nesters ready to downsize, etc. I want to be able to draw a radius around 500 homes and determine who should receive a direct mailing solicitation. Who is more likely to sell.
