Upwork is hiring a Azure Machine Learning Help

I need help creating an Azure Machine Learning Model. The goal is to retrieve incoming Invoices/Bills and match the Invoice ProductCode to a Predefined Account Ledger Schema Category from SQL Database. The model should read the incoming item's Description and ProductCode, review past invoice mappings for the same vendor (If any), and suggest the best Account Ledger Schema for the invoice item. For Example.... "Description": "Snow Storm February 04", ProductCode":"Snow Plow" should map to the Ledger Schema Category "Snow Removal". The incoming Invoices/Bills are already automated so this is specifically building the machine learning model to recommend the mappings.
