Upwork is hiring a Upwork Lead Generation Specialist

Overview:

I am seeking a skilled Upwork Lead Generation Specialist to assist me generate lead associate skills - UX/UI/website design on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, good proposal writing skill and a proven track record of successfully generating leads in the platform of Upwork. Having basic knowledge of the UX industry is a plus. Otherwise I will give you some briefing.

Responsibilities:

1. Screening Job Posts

- Regularly review job posts, prioritizing those related to UX/UI design and usability testing.

- Prioritize more usability, feature design, and user research relevant projects over pure visual design projects.

- Prioritize industries such as AI, Ecommerce, Consumer-based services, Social media, and Web3.

- Prioritize medium to long-term projects over short-term ones (ideally 1-6 months).

- Prioritize potential project value: project-based value exceeds $500, hourly based project hourly rate of $30 or higher.

- Focus on specialized/focused project selections rather than applying for everything.

2. Proposal Writing

- Craft tailored proposals highlighting alignment with job post requirements.

- For long-term projects (more than 2 months), provide a detailed milestone breakdown. I can assist in drafting milestones if needed.

3. Lead Generation and Progress Tracking

- Consistently generate high-quality leads through strategic proposal submissions.

- Optimize the first interview acceptance rate through continuous improvement efforts.

- Aim to generate at least one lead for every ten proposals submitted on average.
