We allow for a lot of flexibility, as long as you're hitting your KPIs, you can work as much or as little as you want. If you beat the KPIs, you'll be given bonuses
Requirements are :
-Previous experience with Premiere Pro
-Coachable
-Speed (Delivering in under 24 hours)
If you're not extremely good at Editing, that's fine because we'll train you. We have a very thorough training system that will teach you everything you need to know about making 80% retention rate
