Upwork is hiring a Full-Stack Developer for Information System Web App with AI Integration & Text Notices - Contract to Hire

Seeking development support to build an MVP web app where key components include:

AI Tool for Scanning Notices: Identifies new notices from select websites, focusing on specific topics and applying content filters.

Data Modification and Summarization: AI-driven process for summarizing new agendas and topics, creating surveys from data fields, and generating notice summaries.

User Interaction: Involves users creating accounts, setting account preferences, making payments for services, and engaging with the content through reading notice summaries and answering surveys.

Text messages & Email notifications: Integrate tool to send notifications to data base driving them to website

Website Update and Analysis: The system updates the website with agenda summaries and survey results, followed by AI analysis of survey responses.

Summary and Communication: Preparing and sending summarized information to select emails or submitting into web portals

This system requires integration of AI for content scanning, summarization, and survey creation, along with user account management capabilities, payment processing, website updating, and data analysis functionalities.

Comprehensive experience in the following areas is key:

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: For developing AI tools for scanning and summarizing notices from websites.

Data Processing and Analysis: Skills in handling and analyzing data for generating summaries and analyzing survey responses.

Web Development: Both front-end and back-end development skills for user account management, website updating, and payment processing.
