Primary Objectives:
*Development of an AI chatbot that can be integrated into WhatsApp and Telegram.
*Incorporation of machine learning for the chatbot to evolve and provide better responses over time.
*Creation of a bot with a focus on multi-turn conversations, context comprehension, and human-like interactions.
*Multilingual capabilities to cater to our diverse clientele.
*Seamless transition options for clients to engage with a human representative when needed.
*Implementation of robust content moderation mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities:
*Design & Development: Create an AI-powered chatbot tailored for WhatsApp and Telegram platforms. The chatbot should provide personalized responses, assist with inquiries, and ensure a seamless user experience.
*Natural Language Processing: Utilize advanced NLP capabilities to effectively decipher and respond to user queries.
*System Integration: Synchronize the chatbot with existing systems and databases to pull relevant data when required.
