Looking for an expert prompt engineer to help me finetune my Software Project that helps convert unstructured blobs of texts into formatted and structured social media content.
I.e. convert this:

into a 300 character Tweet.
I have already developed a system that can take the structure of the social media, but the responses from open AI is lacking and need some fine-tuning.
