We're seeking a dynamic professional who has the ability to identify gaps in our graphic design and UX design on our website to bring our digital assets to the next level.
From launching new themes to refining the use of dynamic visuals including CTAs, you will be responsible for bringing our online vision to life. The ultimate goal is to create content that wows and engages our users, driving interaction and boosting conversions.
In this role, you will be working collaboratively and striving for increasing user engagement metrics with your recommendations.
As part of a team, you'll be expected to attend regular Zoom meetings where you will present your findings, ideas, and potential solutions to enhance our digital aesthetic. In these meetings, you will be expected to pitch ideas, back up your recommendations with solid data and research, and communicate complex design principles in a way that everyone on the team, regardless of their design experience, can understand.
Bonus points to candidates who have access to Midjourney, are comfortable with basic HTML concepts, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and have a firm understanding of UX best practices, as these skills will be fundamental to your role. You will be expected to use these tools daily.
Preference to candidates on the East Coast as the established schedule of meetings and updates aligns best with Eastern Standard Time.
