Position Overview: As an AI Developer for our Content Generation System, you'll be responsible for developing, training, and optimizing models that produce high-quality content from customer data. You will work closely with data scientists, machine learning experts, and content strategists to ensure our AI-driven content meets the highest standards of accuracy, relevance, and readability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and train machine learning models, particularly in natural language processing (NLP) and generation (NLG).
Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess, clean, and analyze vast amounts of customer data.
Develop APIs and integrate AI models with our existing platforms and systems.
Conduct A/B tests and continually refine the model to improve content quality and accuracy.
Stay updated with the latest AI and NLP trends and research, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Programming: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with its machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
Deep Learning and NLP: Strong understanding of deep learning architectures like RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers, BERT, GPT, etc., and experience with natural language processing and generation.
Data Manipulation: Proficiency with data manipulation libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
API Development: Familiarity with building and integrating APIs using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git.
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, particularly with services related to AI and ML deployment.
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.
Preferred (but not mandatory) Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.
Previous experience in content generation or AI-driven content platforms.
Familiarity with advanced NLP techniques such as attention mechanisms, transfer learning, and zero-shot learning.
Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices for handling customer data.
