Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer with deep knowledge and experience in Reinforcement Learning (RL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision (CV). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in various RL techniques, a comprehensive understanding of NLP models, including Transformers, and a solid foundation in object detection and segmentation architectures in the CV domain. Familiarity with general software development, Linux, and containerization tools like Docker is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Reinforcement Learning:

-- Apply, evaluate and adjust DQN, PPO, and other RL algorithms for optimal performance.

-- Optimize RL algorithms for better sampling efficiency.

-- Address challenges related to sparse reward problems.

-- Parallelize training via scaled hybrid CPU/GPU

Natural Language Processing:

-- Apply state-of-the-art models for various NLP tasks like code/text generation

-- Develop and fine-tune models like GPT, BERT, and T5.

-- Parallelize training and inference via scaled hybrid CPU/GPU

Computer Vision:

-- Design and deploy object detection and segmentation architectures.

-- Implement and optimize CNN-based architectures like R-CNN, YOLO.

-- Work with Autoencoders, Variational Autoencoders, and GANs for image representation and generation.

-- Improve OCR solution quality

General Software Development:

-- Apply existing models and explore and test options that emerge from latest published research.

-- Organize model training sessions, and experiment tracking, especially for long-running tasks.

-- Utilize containerization tools like Docker for model deployment.

-- Ensure efficient data handling for large files.

Qualifications and Skills:

-- Proven experience in AI, specifically in RL, NLP, and CV domains.

-- Strong understanding of DQN, PPO, Transformers, R-CNN, YOLO, Autoencoders, and GANs.

-- Proficiency in one or more programming languages.

-- Familiarity with Linux and containerization tools, particularly Docker.

-- Strong analytical and debugging skills, especially for RL models.

-- Knowledge of experiment tracking approaches and tools.

-- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
