We're looking for an email deliverability specialist to assist with resolving some issues for hotmail/outlook.
We are an education company with a list of around 100,000 people.
As of two weeks ago we've been getting issues with Hotmail.
In general our reputation is good.
Happy customers
Good sender score.
We test with Glockapps, but having a hard time getting out of SPAM in hotmail/outlook.
Looking for an expert to consult.
Our ESP is Mailchimp. We don't use a custom IP.
