Simply, we upload the company FAQs/text/information to the KNOWLEDGE, then the end-user interacts via a Chat Box on the website ( using APIs to the AI model )
*** Remember, currently, GPTs allow us to create Custom GPT, but they do not provide APIs to make them available to our users.
