Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Content Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content for our clients, managing our content production pipeline, and collaborating with other team members to achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing
Write and edit high-quality blog posts, articles, website copy, social media captions, and marketing materials for clients in the healthcare, entertainment, digital marketing, and cannabis industries.
Conduct research to gather information for content creation.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Work with third-party writers and content creators.
Content Management
Develop and manage a content production pipeline to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
Schedule and manage content calendars.
Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the digital marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with designers and video editors to create visually appealing content.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and share insights with the team.
Communication and Availability
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the content creation process.
Be available during US working hours to answer questions and address concerns.
Additional Responsibilities
Manage and maintain content libraries and assets.
Assist with other marketing tasks as needed.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience writing and editing high-quality content for various formats and audiences.
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
Familiarity with the healthcare, entertainment, digital marketing, and cannabis industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management tools.
Availability during US working hours (7:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST).
Experience with Asana, Notion, and Google Analytics is a plus.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience working remotely.
Experience working with clients in different time zones.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar design software.
Knowledge of video editing software.
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, AIPRM, Bard, Perplexity, Midjourney.
