I have a POC that Im looking to validate data extraction and costs, this relies on running entity extraction and categorisation on a body of text, and then build a pipeline to take audio file, transcribe and then do the same, entity extraction, categorisation etc.
I have all the sample data and at this stage not really looking to build out database and model, just need to test this against 1000 records to determine output.
