Job Description:

We are looking for a competent and dedicated AI Talent GPT Prompt Creator and GPT Automation Expert to help us extract and transform data from a 200-page PDF file which includes tables and images. Your job will be to create prompts that will enable us to derive relevant questions based on the criteria specified in a given syllabus. This syllabus delineates the quantity, type, and difficulty level of questions that need to be created for each section of the PDF.

We are also seeking assistance in automating this process, with the final output being a well-structured CSV, Excel, or JSON file that can be uploaded to Firebase. This project should be user-friendly enough for our admin person, who has limited technical knowledge, to use it.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the requirements as per the given syllabus, including the quantity, type, and difficulty level of questions for each section of the PDF.

2. Develop GPT prompts that will enable us to generate the needed questions.

3. Automate this process to make it user-friendly for our admin personnel with minimal technical knowledge.

4. Generate a well-structured CSV, Excel, or JSON file with the final data that can be uploaded to Firebase.

5. Provide guidance and support to our team in utilizing the automated system.

6. Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the automated system.

7. Adhere strictly to the project timeline of 4 weeks.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a GPT prompt creator and automation expert.

2. Proficient in using AI technologies, specifically the GPT-3 or GPT-4 models.

3. Extensive experience with data extraction and transformation.

4. Strong knowledge of CSV, Excel, or JSON files.

5. Proficiency in automating processes.

6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical personnel.

8. Must be a deadline-oriented individual with a track record of meeting project timelines.
