We are seeking a skilled proofreader to review emails generated by our AI software. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and exceptional grammar and spelling skills. The primary task will be to ensure that the emails are error-free and have a professional tone. The ability to work with AI-generated content and provide feedback for improvement is also required. Relevant skills include:

- Proofreading

This is a small-sized project with ongoing duration. We are looking for an expert-level proofreader who has worked with Google Sheets, Apollo.io, and such.

Here’s the setup:

I will give you a Google Sheet like the attached image. Your sheet will contain 90+ rows of AI-generated emails and subject lines tailored to a specific contact and business based on a template that I wrote.

As you may know, generative AI is prone to false facts, occasional typos, and unprofessional tones at times. You will review the AI-generated copy in Col. D, Col. E, and Col. F of the given sheet.

If you identify an issue that would make this email unsendable, you will add a comment in the relevant cell. You will indicate the issue and how you would rewrite it.

For example, suppose you found this content objectionable:

"Alex, as an experienced writer and editor with a knack for digital marketing in the home furnishings industry, you understand the significance of readar engagement - and how it directly translates to revenue.”

You should add a comment in that cell with something like this:

Misspelling: “readar”

Rewrite: "Alex, as an experienced writer and editor with a knack for digital marketing in the home furnishings industry, you understand the significance of reader engagement - and how it directly translates to revenue.”

I will be asking 5-10 freelancers to perform this task so I can see the average speed and accuracy. Then, I will be grant a long-term contract to the freelancer who performs the best. So go as fast as you can while maintaining a high level of accuracy. I prefer accuracy over speed in my final evaluation.

VIP: I’ve done this task myself once a week for the past 3 months. If you spend more than 90 min. on this task, you’re spending too much time on it. Stop and contact me for further instructions.

A note about content preferences: You may believe that the content can be written better. I might even agree, but that is not the criteria. I’m only interested in catching objectively unsendable / objectionable content. If a Sheet cell is free of falsities, typos, or unprofessionalism, then it’s OK to proceed.
