Looking for someone to take a Word document and convert it into a programmed survey in Qualtrics.
The survey is approximately 10 minutes long. The logic is not very complex but the person should be able to set-up disqualification logic and format the survey so it looks and flows very easily.
Qualtrics experience required. Survey will be finalized next week and looking for a turnaround in 1-2 days of receipt.
