Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ChatGPT Developer/Engineer to create custom AI models tailored to various departments within our organisation. The candidate will be responsible for developing multiple specialised versions of ChatGPT, each focused on a different area of our business: marketing, finance, human resources, research and development, product development, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to understand specific needs and requirements for each AI model.
Design, develop, and deploy customised GPT models that effectively address the unique challenges and workflows of each department.
Ensure the integration of these models with our existing systems and workflows.
Provide training and support to staff in utilising the custom AI models.
Regularly update and maintain the AI models, incorporating feedback and new data.
Adhere to best practices in AI ethics and data privacy.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in AI/ML development, specifically with GPT or similar language models.
Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI development tools and libraries.
Excellent understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
Experience with integrating AI models into business processes.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience in creating specialised AI models for business functions.
Knowledge in the field of smoking cessation or related health sectors.
Experience with sustainable and eco-friendly tech solutions.
