Position: Product Manager-Associate

With Leadership that brings over 5 decades of experience, we need someone to work with us on our product team, willing to be mentored by our senior product leadership.
What’s the role
You’ll shadow Senior Leadership and work closely to deliver all Product related documentation and deliverables. You’ll manage yourself around tight, yet realistic timelines and work on all areas of product development. You’ll learn about Product build, documentation, communication and GTM strategies and work on all these areas with the guidance of the team. You’ll be both helping your mentor Product Leadership carry out those responsibilities and learning as much as you can about what it takes to do so. This is a support and learning role, you will be working under the supervision of your Product Leadership, and your day-to-day responsibilities might be more tactical, with a focus on being meticulous with great attention to detail. Fundamentally, you’ll still be helping support your team’s larger product strategy and goals, which will involve tasks such as:
Collaborating with the product team to define the product vision and strategy.
Helping to set the objectives and key results.
Build a strategic product roadmap that fits in the overall organizational strategy.
Speaking to customers to collect feedback.
Working with the developers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline.
Prepare all Product and User Documentation and getting signoffs from key stakeholders
Managing Product feature lists and building prioritization roadmaps
Manage Product Releases and Manage Release documentation and build Release notes
The Skills we’re looking for
Honest Genuine keenness and interest in learning how to build Mobile-first, consumer-facing Products
Able to articulate and communicate precisely and efficiently in Writing and Speaking
Be unabashedly confident in expressing ideas, willing to risk offending rather than risk being unheard.
Bring top class attitude and moderately high aptitude in learning
Bring deep thirst and curiosity about how everything works
Willingness to take instruction and crush tasks within timelines
Exceptional attention to detail, yet be willing to prioritize getting-done over being precise
Willing to take risks within your orbit of work
Willing to make independent decisions when inputs are unavailable, without affecting deadlines.
A background in Engineering and Math is preferred
