We are a digital lead generation and sales business, operating as part of a larger organization. Our function is to help the sales team acquire digital customers from a marketplace we created and provide quick service to customers.
We have set some goals to enhance our Likelihood-to-Close score, which we have generated based on factors that improve the customer's chance of success, based on historical sales data.
To achieve this goal, we wish to take a large data set of leads who have converted to customers and those who did not and further refine our current likelihood to complete the score to make it more transparent for all parties.
Therefore, we are looking for an applicant who can clearly explain their modelling, visualize any changes, and effectively manage large data pools. Though we do not currently have a data lake, we are open to building one together if required.
If you are successful, your role can be expanded to include adding new data sources to make this model an even more sophisticated Prediction model. While we have great leaders, a full development team, and a thriving AI department, this role is designed to bridge any gaps around marketing and sales.
Qualified Candidate MUST have the following skillset:
- Excellent implementation knowledge in Python, Spark and AWS SageMaker.
- To handle large volume confidential and sensitive data to generate actionable insights and identify potential business opportunty.
- To exploratory data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, develop ELT, build predictive models through Keras Tensorflow or other ML models as required.
- Take ownership of feature engineering, building ML models, optimization.
Good to have:
- Knowledge in Data lake, AWS, Microservice architecture.
