I am a business school professor looking to start a video podcast on accountable artificial intelligence. The goals are to build a network and visibility in the area, and to generate content that I can use in various programs, in addition to direct podcast listening. In other words, not looking to generate revenue or market a business. I have experience with social media and have done a radio interview show before, but have not run a podcast. I have a list of prospective guests already, so I'm not looking for help on booking; more on the technology and operations.
I need someone who can identify everything needed to start up the podcast, manage the launch process, and coordinate with student research assistants who will take the lead on an ongoing basis. After the launch, I would expect the role to involve a smaller time commitment to advise me and the students, although I may still want audio editing for the episodes. I would like someone who can give me a menu of options at each step, so that I can decide how best to make this work under my budget and determine which pieces are best to outsource.
