Key Responsibilities:
Design innovative, sustainable vacation cabins and glamping sites.
Ensure compliance with U.S. construction codes and sustainability standards in all designs.
Collaborate with teams to integrate unique, eco-friendly features.
Prepare detailed construction document drawings for all projects.
Oversee project development from concept to completion.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture, with a portfolio highlighting vacation cabin/glamping design.
Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, and Midjourney Dalley 4.
Strong understanding of U.S. construction standards for eco-friendly and wood-based structures.
Excellent English communication skills for effective teamwork and client communication.
