I live in a busy intentional community in the mountains in Vermont. I need help with a variety of work and personal tasks including. Most importantly right now is filing incorporation documents for a Delaware C-Corp, and then applying for an EIN and setting up a business bank account. This will involve extensive research, communication, and form filling.
I like to do things using as few packaged services as possible. For example, when incorporating a business, I prefer to file the documents directly with the relevant government agency, rather than go through a third party business-formation service.
I like working on things video call. This job will involve many video calls. I much prefer to fill out a form or talk through a decision together via video call, rather than asynchronously via email.
