The primary responsibility of this role is to develop a custom Android-based firmware that integrates seamlessly with an existing Android app developed by our team. This firmware will be a crucial component of the hardware products that we are producing and selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Firmware Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom Android ROMs that are optimized for our hardware. Ensure stability, efficiency, and scalability of the firmware.
Integration: Work closely with the software development team to integrate our existing Android app into the custom ROM, ensuring seamless performance and user experience.
Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough testing of the firmware on various hardware configurations. Optimize performance to ensure smooth operation and minimal resource consumption.
Customization and Feature Development: Customize the Android operating system to include specific features and functionalities required for our hardware. Implement enhancements and updates as needed.
Documentation and Support: Create comprehensive documentation for the developed firmware. Provide technical support and guidance for integration and deployment.
