Our company provides a superior UX and consumer facing tools for paying government fines in the United States. We've grown from 0 to 100k users in the last 12 months, and are looking for a senior full stack javascript engineer to join our small team.
*Seeking*
Hiring Polish / Poland-based recruiter to help me find a full-time, senior Javascript developer in Poland at the CTO/Architect or tech-lead level.

- Plan and build system architecture, being able to both think at strategic level and execute hands on
- Handle 10x scaling over 12 months
- Guide existing, high caliber 2-person eng team
As team member
- Handle full-stack development, ensuring a seamless user experience and security.
- Develop, test, and maintain APIs and services.
- Manage deployment and orchestration tasks.
- Continuously adapt to emerging technologies and methodologies.
*Basic Qualifications*
- Expert in Javascript (minimum 10 years of Javascript development experience)
- Proven experience in containerization and orchestration.
- Familiarity with cloud services.
- Proficiency in front-end development using any modern framework.
- English proficiency at an advanced or fluent level for both speaking and written communication.
*Required Soft Skills*
- A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and practicality.
- Ability to suggest and defend better approaches, architectures, and features.
- Openness to feedback and constructive criticism.
- Enjoy working with a small, tight-nit high performing team.
Bonus Qualifications that Will Set You Apart
- Experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Familiarity with dev ops and web scraping
