Our carefully chosen artisan products, thoughtfully sourced and crafted, celebrate creativity and individuality, making each piece a testament to exceptional living. 🌲 We started selling Christmas themed items, and now our mission is to expand into other categories and develop a lot of unique products from scratch. We have a great reputation, and I want to build on that and be a premium brand with great packaging and truly unique high quality products. 🌟 We're Searching For:

I need an extremely talented and dedicated graphic artist to join us and help us create new products and product packaging designs.

🎯 Helpful attributes of this hire:

- An actual passion for art and design, not just a learned skill as a VA

- Strong graphic design skills with an ability to think of great ideas from scratch

- Fluent English, and an understanding of American culture

- Preferably full time, but at least giving us 25+ hours per week and being able to scale hours to meet deadlines.

- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours weekly in October-December (our busy season). The more the better, it's needed at that time.

- In some cases, back and forth communication in New York time (Est). So we can develop concepts quicker when it comes to small edits or opinions.

- Skills with brand aesthetic, fonts, color combinations

- AI & Midjourney and general AI knowledge is a huge plus

- Communication and job objectives would be done through Slack

- Design styles we mostly do: animals, watercolor art, quotes, artistic elements, etc

📌 Job Tasks:

Everything creative. I apologize for being very vague, but the reason for this is because we are so dynamic and there's so many different tasks that come up that I could have not possibly conceived of beforehand. Many business initiatives hinge on our continued success, and if we do better then we can enter different markets and do some more fun stuff. Please see my three attached screenshots of just some very recent examples of job tasks. They are very similar, because we've had a certain initiative the past month. But nevertheless it gets you a look from the inside.
