Midjourney for Image Generation
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Image Generation Workshop Trainer to conduct a comprehensive two-day training program on "Midjourney for Image Generation" in New York City (NYC). The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in image generation techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and flow-based models, along with practical hands-on experience in implementing these models. The workshop is scheduled for late August or early September, and we are open to discussing the specific dates that align with the trainer's availability.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design and develop a structured 2-day workshop curriculum on image generation techniques, covering GANs, VAEs, and flow-based models.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that cater to participants with varying levels of expertise in deep learning and computer vision.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, guiding participants through the implementation of GANs, VAEs, and flow-based models using popular deep learning frameworks.
- Facilitate project-based learning, allowing participants to apply the newly acquired knowledge in practical applications of image generation.
- Provide valuable insights into conditional image generation, image-to-image translation, and ethical considerations related to generated content.
- Share the latest advancements and trends in image generation, keeping the workshop content up-to-date with the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in the field of deep learning, computer vision, or related areas, with a specific focus on image generation techniques.
- Extensive knowledge of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and flow-based models, along with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong expertise in implementing image generation models using popular deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire workshop participants.
- Flexibility in adapting the workshop content based on participants' backgrounds and skill levels.
- Experience in addressing ethical considerations in AI and promoting responsible AI practices is a plus.
**Logistics:**
- Workshop Duration: 2 days (approximately 8 hours per day)
- Workshop Dates: Late August or Early September (to be finalized with the selected trainer)
- Budget: $1000-1100 per day (on-site training fee)
- Travel Allowance: Flights (if necessary) at cost, Hotel (if necessary) at cost
- Per Diem: $100-200 per day (to be negotiated based on travel and accommodation requirements)
- Location: New York City (NYC)
