Monitor and analyze chatbot usage data to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in chatbot technologies to suggest innovative ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chatbot Developer or in a similar role.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Familiarity with chatbot development frameworks and platforms, such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or IBM Watson.
Proficient in natural language processing (NLP) techniques and machine learning algorithms.
Experience in integrating chatbots with platforms like Facebook Messenger, Slack, or WhatsApp.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
