Job Description:
We are seeking a Research Assistant who is enthusiastic about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within colleges and universities. The ideal candidate will assist our team in conducting research, collecting data, and analyzing information to support our consulting initiatives. Responsibilities:
•Assist in the design and implementation of research projects related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and literature reviews.
• Collaborate with the team to develop reports, presentations, and recommendations based on research findings.
• Stay up to date with relevant DEI trends, best practices, and academic literature.
• Support the creation of educational materials and resources for our clients.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs and workshops.
• Perform administrative tasks related to research projects, such as organizing data, maintaining databases, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., sociology, psychology, diversity studies, social sciences).
• Strong passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion issues.
• Excellent research (QUANT and QUAL) and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with DEI concepts and trends is a plus.
