We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI Specialist to join our team. This role will explore and activate new ideas to automate processes and increase profitability across our family entertainment business. Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement AI models and tools to automate processes across sales, marketing, and operations.
2. Analyze business needs and identify opportunities for AI applications.
3. Design and implement AI-driven campaigns for inbound and outbound marketing.
4. Optimize operational efficiency through AI and machine learning solutions.
5. Test and implement promotions, social media strategies, and other initiatives using AI.
6. Evaluate the performance of AI tools and models and adjust strategies as necessary.
7. Translate complex concepts and solutions into understandable and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
8. Collaborate closely with various teams to understand their needs and develop appropriate AI solutions.
9. Stay updated with the latest AI trends and technologies and ensure they are incorporated into the company's strategy.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an AI Specialist or similar role.
2. Expertise in machine learning algorithms and AI applications.
3. Strong knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or Java.
4. Experience in developing and implementing AI solutions in a business context.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
7. Experience in sales and marketing automation would be a plus.
8. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
