Wanted: A developer who can program and implement a custom GPT chatbot or app to best suit my needs.
Users: This is a GPT implementation for personal use and will not need widescale distribution but will obviously need some sort of hosting/processing power solution. I am open to developer input.
Timeline: Like all good clients, my timeline is "as soon as possible!" All joking aside, I plan to be reasonable with deadlines, but my hope is that this is actually a fairly straightforward project. If so, I would hope to get the project done quickly.
Features: I need a custom GPT chatbot/app developed that does one thing really well, and not much else: extract excerpts from news articles using specific parameters, generate a short summary and a citation, and output the results in a specific format. The goal is for this GPT to review hundreds of pages of news articles and generate a significant volume of output. These news articles might come from the GPTs knowledge base, or they might be inputted by a user.
Training Materials: I have thousands of pages of example extracts on the relevant subject matter to train the AI on both the style of summary headline writing, and the sort of content that should be highlighted from articles.
Obviously, the GPT will need basic training. Especially vital is a good understanding of American Politics. I'm assuming a developer with significant GPT experience will know what opensource training datasets to use.
Other Resources: I also have the instructions I've given to ChatGPTs GPTBuilder in my attempt to do this on my own, so all of those instructions can further help organize the project.
Output Format: If you're wondering the output format is really simple. A one sentence headline written in past tense, a direct quote of 4-9 sentences, and a citation. The rest is just sorting and style (bolding, etc). For whatever reason GPT had a lot of trouble with that.
