Hello! We're seeking someone skilled in automating and optimizing our business processes using Notion. While I'm proficient with Notion, my experience with automations and integrations is limited, so I need assistance.
Briefly, our company assists other businesses in developing customized rewards programs. Our software includes five types of rewards: cashback, loyalty points, giveaways, bonuses, and referral cash. We tailor these rewards for each brand we work with, advising on the types and amounts to use.
Our goal is to train an AI to automate this customization process. In Notion, we have a database containing all our rewards and extensive documentation on their use. For example, details on when to use cashback and its effectiveness with certain products.
We aim to develop an AI-driven automation where, after a brand completes a survey about their business, the AI reviews our Notion database and selects suitable rewards for their program, including recommended percentages for each reward.
The next step is to generate a proposal based on these selections in a new Notion database, which automatically includes the brand's details. This proposal, accessible through a URL, will also contain various resources.
Essentially, we envision a system where a form submission triggers an AI analysis in GPT, which then creates a tailored proposal in Notion. This proposal is auto-emailed to us for review before sending it to the client.
We have all the necessary documentation to train the AI. I just need help in creating this seamless process from Form submission to AI analysis, Notion proposal generation, and auto-emailing the proposal to me.
