Seeking to hire contractor to set up workflow automations and manage funnels for small business Rainmaker AI (Frank Kern’s version of GoHighLevel) account. Contractor will construct and edit workflows, clone and edit funnels, and train chatbots according to needs of the business and client pipelines.
The ideal candidate will:
Have GoHighLevel Mastery (ideally with Rainmaker specifically but not necessarily)
In-depth understanding and proficiency in using the GoHighLevel platform.
Familiarity with all key features and functionalities; ability to optimize Rainmaker AI campaigns.
Create seamless Sales Funnels and Lead Generators
Design and build effective sales funnels tailored to the business needs.
Utilize Rainmaker AI / Canva tools to create high-converting landing pages.
Implement strategies for effective lead generation.
Use Rainmaker tools to capture and manage leads.
Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements.
Have knowledge of setting up efficient Automations
Implement automation workflows using Rainmaker AI.
Streamline processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization (tags) for targeted communication.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure alignment with business goals.
Be organized and detail oriented to manage CRM:
Maintain and organize customer relationship management (CRM) data.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on leads and customers.
Set up and optimize appointment scheduling systems within Rainmaker AI
Be proficient with using Generative AI (ChatGPT, etc) for support in writing sales copy
Have excellent writing skills and marketing experience
Experience training AI Chatbots and scripts
Seek continuous improvement
Identify opportunities for improvements in processes and strategies
Stay proactive in optimizing campaigns for better results.
