I am need to a of someone to manage several small projects for a startup business. The business is a small law firm. While none of the projects are particularly complex, there are several moving pieces that need to be managed. These include such tasks as: setting up virtual phone systems, obtaining a phone number, working with insurers to get quotes and set up benefits packages (e.g., health insurance, malpractice, insurance, etc.), work with vendors to contract for software systems (e.g., law firm/case management, CRM, lead management, etc.). You would be assisted by a part-time very efficient US based assistant as well as a virtual assistant. You would report your project milestones and have regular meetings with the business owner.
