Plumbing and Restoration company is seeking a licensed, California attorney to function as our general counsel for the purposes of handling complex construction, property, insurance, disputes, and collections matters with our customers.
Examples of work we will need:
Letters to our customers urging them to pay prior to litigation being filed
Letters to insurance companies escalating matters that our claims manager is unable to resolve directly with the adjuster
Draft and Filling of law suits and meeting all judicial deadlines when customers do not pay according to their contract.
Working with our executive team and other involved parties to effect collections of debts owned for breached contract terms
Research case laws necessary to support our positions
