Protecting Our Students, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to eliminating school shootings, is collaborating with SITE|SAFETYNET℠, a pre-launch subscription-based platform offering comprehensive safety assessments for K-12 schools. We have developed a unique school safety assessment tool to evaluate key areas: Police Partnerships, Facility Exterior, and Facility Interior, along with a demo assessment.
Our Requirement:
We seek a skilled expert to assist in creating and perfecting a dynamic REPORT template, initially focused on a single-level assessment. This template must be meticulously crafted to meet our stringent functionality, user engagement, and clarity criteria. Once this initial template is fine-tuned and meets our high standards, the methodology will be replicated and adapted for the remaining assessment levels.
[Potential] Implementation Tools:
•Microsoft Forms: To gather assessment responses.
• Power BI Pro: For advanced data visualization and reporting.
• Microsoft Power Automate: To facilitate seamless data collection, analysis, and report generation.
Key Functionalities Required:
1. Automated Report Generation: We require the capability to generate individualized reports automatically as soon as a user completes any level of the assessment. This demands an efficient real-time data processing and dynamic report generation system.
2. Scoring and Data Visualization: The report should calculate scores based on user responses, paired with intuitive and clear data visualization elements. These visual representations should be easily understandable, catering to a diverse audience.
3. Relative Performance Analysis: It is crucial that the report not only provides scores but also offers a detailed analysis of the user's performance with the specific answers provided during the assessment. This involves a sophisticated, nuanced approach to analyzing responses against each assessment parameter.
