We are looking for an experienced developer to assist us in building an AI chatbot using no code or low code solutions (where feasible) and integrating with existing business systems. The chatbot will serve as a conversational interface for our users, providing support and information. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in AI chatbot development and be familiar with voiceflow or botpress platforms. They should also have experience in integrating chatbots with multiple business systems, using API calls and navigating JSON data payloads for re-use across applications. Relevant skills for this project include:
- Ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective chatbot solutions.
- Expertise in using both custom coding and no-code platforms for chatbot development.
- Strong background in AI, NLP, and machine learning technologies.
- Can document the design for approvals and build a step by step plan and budget for building, testing, deploying and maintaining the bot.
- Excellent AI chatbot development skills and direct experience... not a noobie
- Experience in Voiceflow, Botpress or other no-code platforms for bot development
- Can Integrate chatbots across multiple existing business systems, enabling smooth data flow and interaction. Platforms could include, Airtable, Google App, MS Apps, ERP and CPQ systems
- Design and architect AI-driven chatbot solutions tailored to customer calls, technical support, and order configuration inquiries.
- Develop chatbots using both custom coding and no-code platforms, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Can Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning capabilities to enhance chatbot accuracy and responsiveness.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the chatbots meet high standards of performance and reliability.
