We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Research Assistant with expertise in digital marketing and qualitative research to contribute to a research project. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of the research process upto journal article writing. This role will require exceptional attention to detail, a strong command of the English language, and a commitment to on-time submissions. Failure to meet these expectations may result in the immediate termination of the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Research Questions:
Collaborate with the research team to refine and develop research questions based on the project's objectives.
Independently propose and articulate research questions to contribute to the project's conceptualization.
2.Literature Review:
Conduct an extensive literature review related to digital marketing and qualitative research, identifying gaps and trends in the field.
Summarize and synthesize existing research to inform the project's theoretical framework.
3.Data Collection:
Design and execute data collection methods, including surveys, interviews, or content analysis, depending on the project's requirements.
Ensure data collection is conducted ethically and in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations.
4.Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Employ qualitative research methodologies to analyze collected data, identifying patterns, themes, and insights.
Independently interpret findings and provide meaningful insights to contribute to the project's objectives.
5.Journal Article Writing:
Draft, revise, and finalize journal articles for publication, adhering to the standards and guidelines of academic journals.
Collaborate with the research team to ensure the article aligns with the project's objectives and research findings.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communication, social sciences) is required. A master's degree is preferred.
Proven experience in qualitative research methods, including data collection and analysis.
Sound knowledge of digital marketing concepts and practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Proficiency in using research software and tools (e.g., NVivo, EndNote) is a plus.
Ethical conduct in research and adherence to all relevant research regulations and standards.
