Upwork is hiring a Python machine learning

i am looking for someone who can write a python script to be able to Detect VIP player from casino with the use of machine learning under Python.

so for instance criteria of VIP player would be player that lost 1000 during last 30 days and or players who lost 500 each months for 3 months of more.

so the script should be able to see the pattern of current VIP based on daily amount wagered, daily loss / gain, frequency of days played, game table used, game limit played, etc.

and predict which current player will become VIP next month?
