I call the software, "A Project Manager at a click of a button", this software will help the construction management industry enhance construction drawing analysis and build detailed models for best operational efficiency.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Lead Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead the development of our construction management software. This role is ideal for a visionary leader passionate about leveraging AI to transform the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms tailored for analyzing construction drawings and optimizing project management tasks.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with the owner of the company to marry construction management and machine learning capabilities into our software solutions.
- Innovate and apply best practices in computer vision, data processing, and AI to solve complex challenges in construction management.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance system performance and user experience.
- As we grow, mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree (Not a requirement but preferred).
- Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and computer vision (Required).
- Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, and familiar with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). (Required)
- Solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, and statistics as applied in AI. (Strongly Preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering complex software projects. (Strongly Preferred)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. (Strongly Preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion. (Strongly. Preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. (Strongly Preferred)
