Responsibilities:

Customer Segmentation: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to segment our customer base based on demographics, behavior, and purchase history. Identify high-value customer segments and recommend personalized marketing strategies for each segment.

Data-Driven Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop data-driven marketing campaigns. Use customer insights to optimize ad targeting, content personalization, and campaign performance.

Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze customer data using statistical methods, machine learning, and other data analysis techniques. Present findings and actionable insights through clear and compelling visualizations and reports.

Customer Journey Mapping: Map the customer journey, from acquisition to retention, and identify opportunities for optimization. Implement A/B testing and track key performance metrics to improve customer experiences.

Predictive Analytics: Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior, including churn prediction, customer lifetime value, and product preferences.

Data Infrastructure: Work with the technical team to improve data collection processes, data quality, and data integration from various sources, ensuring a robust and reliable data infrastructure.

Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities that inform our marketing and business strategies.

Collaborative Team Player: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and IT, to align data-driven strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in data analysis, customer segmentation, and data-driven marketing strategies.

Proficiency in data manipulation, modeling, and analysis using tools such as Python, R, SQL, or other relevant languages.

Strong skills in data visualization and reporting using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Familiarity with machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.

Experience with e-commerce data analytics and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to data-driven decision-making.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, agile environment.
