We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with expertise in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and funnel tracking methodologies, focusing on attribution and reporting across the entire marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU). The ideal candidate will be adept at analyzing digital marketing performance and providing insights to optimize strategies and drive results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

1. **Funnel Analysis and Optimization**:

- Implement and manage funnel tracking systems using Google Analytics and HubSpot.

- Analyze and optimize each stage of the marketing funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor funnel performance.

2. **Attribution Modeling**:

- Create and manage attribution models to accurately track and attribute conversions.

- Continuously evaluate and improve attribution methodologies to ensure accurate and actionable data.

3. **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze data from various digital marketing channels to gain insights into customer behavior and campaign performance.

- Generate regular reports detailing key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

4. **Collaboration and Strategy Development**:

- Work closely with marketing teams to align tracking and reporting with overall marketing strategies.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform marketing decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other relevant digital marketing tools.

- Strong understanding of funnel tracking, attribution models, and digital marketing metrics.

- Experience in creating detailed reports and insights from complex data sets.

- Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
