The need - we need to monitor the mentions, comment, or story of every client in the news or social media and report on it in a simple to use dashboard for customers.
This functionality will support our IR / PR business and report on key metrix for our clients.
We require an AI / Bot or similar to be implemented using a scalable approach that can be deployed once and enhancements to occur over time.
This scope of work is to develop the bot / AI functionality and support the deployment of such an initiative. Further work may be required in the long run to support the uplift of such a product.
