We're seeking a skilled and passionate AI developer to build a custom Large Language Model (LLM) that will craft winning proposals, tailored to each client's unique needs.
What you'll be doing:
Design and develop a custom LLM capable of analyzing RFP documents (PDFs, text files) and generating comprehensive proposals.
Train the LLM on a curated dataset of past proposals, RFPs, and relevant industry knowledge.
Integrate the LLM with our existing proposal workflow for seamless deployment.
Fine-tune the LLM's output to ensure accuracy, persuasive language, and adherence to client requirements.
Your ideal profile:
Proven expertise in NLP (Natural Language Processing) and machine learning, particularly LLMs.
Experience working with text generation models and fine-tuning them for specific tasks.
Strong understanding of RFP structures and the key components of winning proposals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with our team.
